Appointment Setter/Lead Generation

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter for residential swimming pool sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle incoming calls, engage with customers, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a positive phone manner, and the ability to think quickly on their feet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from potential customers interested in swimming pool consultations.
• Engage with callers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information about our swimming pool consultation services and answer questions accurately.
• Schedule appointments for consultations with our sales representatives based on customer availability and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of all appointments scheduled and update the database accordingly.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide any necessary reminders.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and maximize appointment bookings.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns effectively.
• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's standards of customer service excellence.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with customers over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and scheduling.
• Flexibility to work during business hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
