Summary of Position:

EverService is seeking a skilled AI and DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust AI solutions and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate closely with our development teams to ensure seamless integration of AI components into our platforms and ensure efficent deployment processes. This role demands strong technical expertise in both AI development and DevOps practice, along with a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Development

• Develop and integrate AI and machine learning models into existing platforms.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into existing products and services to enhances functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to design, and deploy AI-driven features and solutions.
• Leverage data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets, improving product performance and decision-making processes.
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that solve complex problems specific to EverService industry domains around Home Services, Legal and Healthcare.
• Maintain and enhance AI models to improve accuracy and performance
• Maintain thriugh documentation of AI models, algorithms, and devlopment processes. Report findings and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices within development and deployment processes.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies to incorporate into our solutions.
• Conduct research and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new AI technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

DevOps

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and performance.
• Development of DevOps tooling used for production code, including both creation of new services as well as integration and operation of 3rd party.
• Infrastructure-as-code development including Terraforming and Ansible
• High proficiency to code in multiple languages with experience using Java, .NET, Python, GO, etc.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure uptime.
• Collaborate with the software development team to ensure smooth deployments and integration of new features.
• Manage version control, code repositors, and ensure seamless integration across environments.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure the systems high availability.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Experiment with new technologies and methodologies to improve deployment processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practice and AI model deployment.
• Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and integrate them into cloud infrastructure.

The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 plus benefits. This is our target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range and combine it with an annual bonus plan to get you excited about your future at EverService.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
• Proficient in CI/CD tools (Concourse CI, Jenkins GitLab CI, CircleCI)
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures
• Experience with Hugging Face and other modern AI/ML frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and develop data-driven solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
