This top apparel brand is a fast-growing apparel brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, well-fitted essentials. We’ve built a strong customer base through direct-to-consumer (DTC) excellence, and now we’re looking for an Affiliate & Referral Marketing to supercharge our word-of-mouth growth through affiliate partnerships and customer referrals.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a growth-driven leader to own and scale our affiliate and referral programs. This role will be instrumental in expanding this apparel brands reach by developing, optimizing, and executing strategies that turn loyal customers and partners into high-performing brand advocates. If you have a proven track record of scaling affiliate networks, optimizing referral programs, and driving revenue through performance marketing partnerships, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a best-in-class affiliate and referral marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.

• Identify, recruit, and manage top-tier affiliates, influencers, and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.

• Optimize and scale the existing customer referral program, implementing incentives and innovative mechanics to increase participation and lifetime value.

• Leverage data and analytics to measure program performance, optimize ROI, and continuously refine strategies.

• Manage affiliate networks and platforms (e.g., Refersion, Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, or similar) to ensure seamless tracking, payments, and reporting.

• Partner with content, paid media, and email teams to develop compelling offers and creative assets that maximize conversion rates.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring this apparel brand remains competitive in affiliate and referral marketing.

• Negotiate and structure deals with key affiliates, securing optimal partnerships and revenue opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, referral programs, and/or partnerships within a DTC, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brand.

• Deep understanding of performance marketing, tracking, attribution, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and scale an affiliate and referral network that delivers measurable results.

• Experience working with affiliate platforms like Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, or similar.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or other data tools to drive decision-making.

• Ability to build relationships with affiliates, partners, and content creators to drive sustainable growth.

• Highly creative mindset with a test-and-learn approach to campaigns and incentive structures.
