We are looking for a world-class Affiliate and Influencer Manager to lead our efforts in building and managing a successful affiliate and influencer program in the USA. As the Affiliate and Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our brand presence and increase sales through affiliate and influencer partnerships. You will lead strategy, outreach efforts, negotiate collaborations, and work closely with influencers to promote our products across various platforms. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating the performance of these partnerships and optimizing our approach for maximum impact.

Requirements

As US Affiliate and Influencer Manager you will...

• Strategy Development: 
• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing strategy aligned with our brand objectives. 
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our partnership approaches.
• Outreach and Negotiation: 
• Conduct outreach to potential affiliates and influencers. 
• Build and maintain relationships through effective negotiation and collaboration to secure mutually beneficial partnerships that maximize ROI.
• Platform Management: 
• Leverage your understanding of social media and affiliate platforms to optimize partnership strategies. 
• Stay updated on platform trends and best practices to ensure maximum engagement and reach.
• Content Collaboration: 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate and influencer efforts with broader marketing goals.
• Work closely with influencers to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand image and resonates with their audiences. Oversee content creation and ensure it meets our quality standards.
• Performance Analysis: 
• Analyze data and KPIs to evaluate the success of affiliate and influencer campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and future opportunities.
• Continuously optimize campaigns by testing new strategies, content, and partnerships.
• Budget Management: 
• Manage the affiliate and influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: 
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels.

What you bring with you…

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate and influencer marketing
• A track record of successful campaign management and growth.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth understanding of social media and affiliate platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative partnership strategies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
