Admissions Application Reviewer (Part-Time/Remote)

Quantic is looking for a remote, part-time Admissions Application Reviewer (Admissions Coordinator).

In this role, you will help us evaluate online student applications for our innovative business and technology degree programs. You’ll work with our Admissions team to score applicants across a number of dimensions in determining their potential fit for our selective programs.

Ideal candidates for this job will be thorough, organized, and detail-oriented, while able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced technology startup environment. We look for upbeat, worldly individuals, interested in our mission of improving global access to high quality education.

We will look for a commitment of 10 - 20 hours per week, depending on student application volume. The position pays $22 per hour and can be performed remotely with online access to our secure database.

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate written applications and score against our Admissions rubric.
• Collaborate with our internal team to highlight possible issues within applications.
• Collaborate with our external interview team to flag points of discussion.
• Track application scoring metrics to assess whether they are in line with expectations.
• Embrace our disruptive value proposition as we impact the world of higher education.

Requirements

• Current university student or has completed a Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Availability during daytime hours (Eastern Time)
• Comfort analyzing data, recognizing trends, and offering strategic recommendations
• Has regular access to a suitable device (e.g. computer; tablet) and stable internet connectivity
