Chicago Cornea Consultants, LTD is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team in the role of Administrative/Clerical Duties. As a leading ophthalmology practice, we are committed to providing exceptional eye care services to our patients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our administrative team and ensuring smooth operations within the practice. This position is for a full-time experienced individual who can demonstrate proficiency in various administrative and clerical tasks. Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members on a daily basis. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as the individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling paperwork, and performing other administrative and clerical duties. The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is also required.
We are looking for a Full-time individual to join our team and support our administrative and clerical needs. The role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to organizing paperwork, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing appointment calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence
- Provide assistance with data entry and record keeping
- Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
