Position Summary

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for transforming healthcare? ReflexMD, a leader in the telemedicine space, is seeking a top-tier Acquisition Sales Manager to lead our elite inside sales team. As an expert in sales leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, coaching team members to success, and contributing to the evolution of healthcare accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a high-performing inside sales team to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Write sales scripts and conduct training sessions to ensure consistent messaging and effective sales techniques.
  • Implement accountability measures and track key performance indicators to ensure team success.
  • Foster a motivating and collaborative team culture, encouraging team members to excel and support each other.
  • Manage Salesforce to manage and track team performance, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in customer engagement efforts.
  • Be a hands-on leader, actively participating in sales activities and providing support to team members as needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, making strategic decisions and driving results with minimal supervision.
  • Facilitate daily team stand-ups to prepare for a successful day, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and strategies.
  • Employ advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-based decisions to improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or a related field, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in team leadership and coaching, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product or service benefits, address customer concerns, and build rapport.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the product and service being offered, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and other relevant technologies to efficiently manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales quotas and key performance indicators.
  • Ability to identify customer challenges, address objections, and provide effective solutions to drive sales forward.
  • Capacity to collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer engagement.
  • High level of resilience and persistence in the face of challenges and rejections, maintaining motivation and a positive attitude throughout the sales process.
  • Ability to excel in the position with minimal supervision and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace suite.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including comprehensive understanding of its functionalities and features, is required.
  • Experience in telemedicine, health and wellness, and/or subscription sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
