Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong background in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and payroll.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Review financial documents and ensure they are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and analyze financial data and highlight any trends or issues to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data is captured and reported.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
