About the Roles

We are hiring multiple Accounting Controllers to support our growing roster of construction and hospitality clients. These roles require strong expertise in either or both industries, with hands-on experience in platforms like Procore for construction and M3, R365, or ProfitSword for hospitality. Controllers will provide strategic financial oversight, ensure compliance, and streamline operations for our diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance for clients across construction or hospitality.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, job costing, WIP schedules, or revenue reconciliation as applicable.
• Utilize Procore or hospitality systems (e.g., M3, R365, ProfitSword) to enhance financial processes and reporting.
• Provide guidance on cost management, profitability, and financial strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience in construction and/or hospitality industries.
• Proficiency in Procore or platforms like M3, R365, ProfitSword is required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a client-focused approach.
