We are now seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and driven Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. This role will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of account-based marketing campaigns and tactics and will collaborate closely across marketing, sales and SDR teams.

This is a fully flexible and remote role but candidates will preferably be based in the Eastern Time Zone.

What your new job can look like…

At Moodle, no two days will ever be the same, but most days in this role usually involve a mix of:

  • Developing and executing the account-based marketing strategy, working closely with the sales team, global Marketing team, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with the goals of the company.
  • Implementing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, events, and content, and coordinating these efforts to ensure a seamless experience for the target accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to create and deliver highly tailored content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, and videos. 
  • Tracking the performance of ABM campaigns using metrics such as account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue growth. 
  • Continuously optimizing strategies and tactics based on campaign results and feedback.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts; understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals to provide solutions that align with their objectives.

Requirements

We'd love to meet you…

Especially if you have:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account-based marketing or similar field
  • Proven experience building and managing multi-channel ABM campaigns
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and metrics
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-touch attribution reporting
  • CRM/marketing automation experience, preferably Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Experience using data and analytics to guide strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
  • You thrive in a diverse, global environment and build strong, positive relationships with your stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Moodle and understanding of the e-learning market is a plus!
