Extenteam is currently looking for an Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to undertake the following tasks:
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Use critical thinking skills to evaluate customer needs effectively and proactively see areas for improvement
- Use CRM (HubSpot) to maintain a database of current information on existing customers
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service verticals
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to handle objections
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
- Coordinate with customer success team members to ensure you are involved with QBRs and other types of meetings.
Requirements
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B customer service & sales and property management is a plus.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, preferred but not required
- Proven track record of hitting related KPIs and quotas.
- B2B sales experience is required.
- Customer-focused, with an understanding of overall business needs and costs.
- Goal oriented mindset.
- A strong understanding of the vacation rental industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience using and implementing CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Analytical thinking ability to make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong work ethic (integrity and commitment).
Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
