Summary of Position:
The Account Executive will report to the VP of Sales & Partnership while collaborating across the Nexa/Strike Healthcare brand.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
- Research prospects and generate leads while staying abreast of industry trends, market conditions and competitors to continuously improve our sales approach and offer valuable insights to potential clients
- Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person
- Prepare and submit proposals and sales materials that align with client requirements and showcase the value of our services
- Manage the sales process through software programs including Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Participate in all sales meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Onboarding and Product Development to deliver a seamless experience to clients and prospects
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress toward targets and report on regularly to management
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine the sales process, identify key markets and capitalize on growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Up to 25% travel required
