Because we virtually beam our doctors into our CloudClinics, our members can choose their doctor based on their preferences, not their location, for a completely different healthcare experience.

Our doctors can be anywhere, while our CloudClinics are conveniently located where people live, work, and shop. Each CloudClinic is staffed by an experienced clinic specialist who becomes the doctor’s hands. Our members can also interact with their Rezilient doctors through chat and video, providing a continuous relationship with their doctor no matter where they are.

Above all, our tech-forward approach streamlines the primary care experience so our doctors have the time to treat our members as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. And we’re continuing to add specialty services and breakthrough technology to offer the most comprehensive, convenient care possible.

We are looking for an accomplished Account Executive (AE) to join our Growth Team’s sales division. As an AE, you will be responsible for managing our B2B relationships and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Develop B2B Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective B2B sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, focusing on key OK and TX accounts in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients and partners.
  • Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support Deal Closures: Assist in leading key segments of negotiations to support mid-market and enterprise deal closures while independently closing small-to-medium-sized business (SMB) deals.
  • Manage the B2B Sales Pipeline: Oversee the sales pipeline for a defined quantity of prospects, ensuring consistent engagement and progress through the sales funnel.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous service improvement.
  • Optimize Performance: Regularly review and improve sales processes, using data and feedback to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar B2B sales role with at least 5 years of experience (must have B2B experience not consumer or retail)
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Strong track record of closing substantial deals and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn
