Full Job Description
Our Account Executive team identifies qualified, prospect client opportunities, you'll take over the conversation and relationship building. Build a thorough understanding of our products and communicate the proposition and value to prospective customers through phone-calls, web-demos and email communication. Build rapport and ask digging questions to further qualify client opportunities and establish alignment. Identify stakeholders (Champions, Decision-Makers, Legal, Procurement, Finance, etc.) and determine best practices for navigating and influencing the conversation. Work closely with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with other departments across Sinch SimpleTexting to ensure product and client alignment. In addition, improve our sales funnel by bringing your innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements
- Passionate about sales and closing deals
- Two or more years of customer support experience
- Working in tech and can quickly grasp the concepts and benefits of our products
- Prior experience around business messaging is a bonus!
- Experience in a phone-based sales role
- Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills
- Lots of energy and can engage quickly with customers to find solutions
- Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results
- Required to work the following shift (Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm EST)

The annual starting salary for this position ranges from $55,000 - $60,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $25,000 and are based on performance. This role will be accepting applications until May 6th, 2024 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
