In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, leveraging your expertise to convert opportunities into lasting client relationships. As an AE, you'll qualify high-potential leads, deliver compelling product demonstrations, negotiate win-win contracts, and close deals that fuel our company's expansion.

Your mission is clear: accelerate revenue growth by acquiring new customers and guiding them through HSI's comprehensive suite of industry-leading products and services. If you're ready to take on a challenge where your skills directly impact our success, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Complete prospect sales consultations set by Business Development Representatives
  • Guide prospect through consultative sales process from initial consultation to new customer acquisition 
  • Execute a Sales Plan for achieving assigned revenue targets 
  • Exceed quarterly targets  
  • Generate referrals and penetrate accounts vertically and horizontally to maximize sales opportunities across multiple solutions 
  • Maintain extremely accurate Salesforce accounts and forecasts 
  • High level of competency in proposal preparation, deal structuring, ROI analysis, discovery, deal advancement and closing the sale. 
  • Continuously grow your knowledge of products, industry, and competition

Requirements

Qualifications 

  • A 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred 
  • 3+ years of quota carrying sales experience 
  • Track record of exceeding quota in past positions 
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com and MS Office Applications.

This role offers a base salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000, along with an annual commission earning potential of $45,000 (with uncapped commission potential). Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the stated range depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic location and level of experience.
