We are currently seeking a Senior Embedded Software Developer specializing in Automated Devices (non-automotive) to join our talented team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in embedded software development to design and implement robust software solutions for automated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an off-site member of a small development team of three people
- Fully understand the overall system architecture
- Develop the functional modules assigned by the team leader
- Take into account all the best practices to guarantee the highest product quality (unit test, code reviews, etc.), coordinating also with the QA team leader based in Brazil
- Organize and track properly the activities in a structured way, applying the Agile SW development principles
- Document what being implemented
- Establish an effective communication channel with the development team to be constantly aligned on a daily basis
- Join all the team meetings as scheduled by the leader
- Proactively suggest improvements

Requirements
o Embedded systems programming experience with an understanding of the C language
o Equipment automation experience, open/closed loop designs
o Environmental control concepts
o GUI design
o Familiarity with GIT
o Application testing experience
o Ability to work in multiple roles
o Agile development process experience
o Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools)
o Autonomy and proactivity
o Fluent in English in both verbal and written communication (mandatory)
o Ability to travel to US every 3 months (VISA Required)
