About the Role
Our client, an interior design company is seeking a mid-level graphic and design expert with proficiency in 3D designing skills for an upcoming project. The project involves creating a 3D floor plan and rendering for a small apartment hotel. The project is expected to take only a few hours, and the designer can work remotely. The company is open to receiving offers for the project budget.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the project requirements and specifications for the apartment hotel floor plan
- Utilize 3D design software to create an accurate and detailed floor plan for the apartment hotel
- Incorporate appropriate furniture, fixtures, and design elements into the 3D floor plan
- Ensure proper scaling, dimensions, and proportions of the floor plan
- Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the visual representation
- Render high-quality images or animations of the 3D floor plan from various angles and perspectives
Requirements
- Mid-level experience in graphic design and 3D modeling/rendering
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender)
- Strong understanding of architectural floor plans, layouts, and design principles
- Expertise in creating realistic textures, materials, and lighting effects
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
