About the Role

A company is hiring a seasoned 3D animator to create an AI-driven character for their brand using Reallusion's Character Creator and iClone software. The primary objective is to develop a realistic character capable of real-time interaction with individuals. This is a single project with the potential for follow-up work contingent upon its success. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and skills in Reallusion Character Creator and be open to a long-term engagement. Remote work is acceptable for this position

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize Reallusion's Character Creator and iClone programs to design and animate a realistic 3D character for the company's brand.
2. Ensure the character exhibits natural and lifelike movements, expressions, and interactions.
3. Collaborate with the development team to integrate the animated character with AI capabilities for real-time interaction.
4. Optimize character assets for efficient rendering and performance.
5. Maintain consistency in character design, animation, and overall visual style.
6. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to the character's appearance and animations.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in 3D character animation and real-time rendering.
8. Provide guidance and support during the implementation and integration phases of the project.
9. Maintain open communication with the team and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

1. Extensive experience in 3D character animation, with a strong focus on Reallusion's Character Creator and iClone software.
2. Proficient in 3D modeling, rigging, texturing, and animation techniques.
3. Expertise in creating realistic and lifelike character movements, expressions, and interactions.
4. Familiarity with real-time rendering and optimization techniques for animated characters.
5. Experience working with AI-driven or interactive character systems is a plus.
6. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
7. Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with the team.
8. Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
9. Passion for 3D animation and a willingness to learn and grow as an artist.
10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
