We are seeking a motivated and experienced 1099 Commission Based Recruiter to join our team at Thomas Talent Network, LLC. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill various positions within our client companies. This is a remote position that offers flexible work hours and unlimited earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a commission-based role
- Strong networking and sourcing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and candidates
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
