Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will help us continue spreading the joy of gardening and making it accessible by accurately assembling customer orders while maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a collaborative work environment. If you are a motivated team-player with great attention to detail who is passionate about sustainable living and making a difference, we would love to have you on our team! This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tomball, TX.

The duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Assemble customer orders strictly following packaging instructions.
• Safely operate a pallet jack when necessary.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.
• Report any damages to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
• Follow Company safety and quality procedures; and other policies and guidelines governing Company operations.
• Perform other duties and related projects as assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience performing similar tasks in a relevant warehouse setting.
• 1+ year of experience with pallet jacks is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate with coworkers in a respectful, concise and clear manner.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Regularly lift, carry, pull and push 50 lbs. unassisted.

• Regularly squat, stoop, bend at waist, turn at waist to complete function above.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
• Occasional overtime and weekends may be required beyond scheduled hours.
