Virtual Appointment Setter

As a Virtual Appointment Setter, you will serve as the vital link between our potential customers and our expert plumbing service teams. Your main responsibility will be to engage with leads, understanding their needs and securing appointments for consultations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify customer needs and provide information about our plumbing services.
• Schedule appointments for plumbing consultations that meet the timing and location preferences of the customer.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database accordingly.
• Follow up on leads and previous interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and capture additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with the plumbing team to streamline the appointment-setting process and share customer feedback.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for appointment conversions and customer contacts.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote working environment.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment-setting preferred.
• Basic understanding of plumbing services and terminology is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and client schedules.
