Talent Acquisition Specialist - San Antonio

• Lead and manage full cycle recruitment process for our San Antonio office, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Implement recruiting strategies specific to the local job market to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, local networking events, and community partnerships.
• Screen and assess candidates through phone and in-person interviews, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for our San Antonio team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers in our San Antonio office to understand their specific hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices.
• Manage candidate relationships, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience for our San Antonio candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data, track hiring metrics, and generate reports specific to our San Antonio office.
• Stay up-to-date with local job market trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes for our San Antonio office.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting

• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
