Job Description
Perry Weather is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our in-house recruiting efforts as we continue to scale. This role is critical to ensuring we attract and hire top talent across key functions, particularly in sales and engineering, which are essential to our growth as a leading SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, for roles across multiple departments, with a focus on sales and engineering.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with Perry Weather’s growth objectives and culture.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Promote Perry Weather’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates, highlighting our mission, values, and unique workplace culture.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Functional Leadership: This is a hands-on role right now, and as Perry Weather grows, there will be an opportunity to build and lead a small team of recruiters to support scaling efforts.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a SaaS company, with a strong track record of hiring for sales and engineering roles.
- Skills: Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, with strong sourcing skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the SaaS industry, with the ability to quickly grasp technical roles and requirements.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
- Leadership Potential: Experience in leading or mentoring junior recruiters is a plus, with a desire to grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
