Walnut Way Conservation Corp. is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain operations. This critical role involves strategies that foster sustainability while maximizing efficiency within our organization.
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete supply chain process—from sourcing and procurement to inventory management and logistics. You will work collaboratively across departments to ensure that our materials and services meet the high standards we uphold for our community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement supply chain strategies that align with our mission and goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supply for program needs.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement.
- Work closely with various teams to forecast demand and support organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and procurement regulations.
- Mentor and develop team members in supply chain best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management on supply chain operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a relevant role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement practices, and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong vendor relationships.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to sustainable practices and community-focused solutions.
- Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
