Social Media Engagement Specialist

The Social Media Engagement Specialist will observe and engage in all social media channels, profiles, tasks, social media operations, customer service, and analytics. The Social Engagement Media Specialist will work alongside the Public Relations Marketing Manager to create marketing strategies using digital marketing and technology to enhance and gain awareness of our brand. In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company’s social presence through social media sites and online communities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and potentially additional channels.
• Manage and execute all social media elements of brand campaigns including a mix of videos, pictures, and other mediums.

• Create brand-appropriate digital materials to successfully build brand recognition through all platforms.

• Track and own social media analytics while analyzing and optimizing campaigns.

• Observe and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads.

• Create content and manage social media.

• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.

• Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target buyers.

• Execute promotional strategies (drip campaigns, landing pages, social media, advertising, email, direct mail, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication preferred but not required.

• 1+ years’ experience in Retail Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Social Media management preferred but not required.

• Visual Merchandising experience is a plus

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Highly proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft 365
• Awareness of current Social Media trends and how to use is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented
