We are growing and adding to our team!
More specifically, we need a Service Coordinator and Team Lead that are Humble, Hungry, and Smart.

Our Service Coordinator will provide management and leadership of every service request with clients as they report issues or areas of technology where they need assistance. Using our Service Department standards for issue tracking, and best in class tools, our Service Coordinator will manage our Service Desk to exceed the expectations of our clients, and delight them with Customer Service not found anywhere else. We don't just fix computers here.
So, what does a Service Coordinator do?
- Answer client calls on phone
- Translates requests from clients to accurate internal service tickets using Autotask
- Receives client requests via email or customer portal
- Communicates with clients about issues and resolution status
- Assigns service requests to technicians by matching skill set to the problem and monitoring workloads
- Schedules technicians to client worksites as appropriate
- Performs follow up with technicians regarding status of tickets
- Supervises technicians and monitors success measures
- Coordinates appointments with vendors

Requirements
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Proficient Microsoft Office computer and word processing skills
- 5 years administrative or customer service experience
- Tech savvy, education in computer science or experience as an IT professional
- Strong customer service skills (e.g. friendly demeanor and good speaking skills)
- Strong multi-tasking skills (ability to juggle several priorities at once)
PREFERRED:
- Experienced following detailed procedures
- Experience managing schedules
- ITIL
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is primarily sedentary in an office environment; significant use of computer monitors (>80% of time)

Benefits
Starting Pay $20/hr. to $25/hr.
Work Environment:
Individual's primary workstation is located in an office environment.
The noise level in this environment is low to moderate.
