Sales & Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage all communications related to the company’s product daily and provide weekly updates to leadership.
• Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various means i.e. in-person visits, over telephone and over the internet.
• Manage current customer base and come up with incentives to encourage repeat-purchase.
• Manage the various marketing campaigns to include Bing Ads, Social media Marketing and the Online Shopify Store
• Develop plans to expand and scale solutions that have a track record of adding value to customers.

Working Conditions

• Flexible hours – 30 hours/week
• Pay $15,000 - $50,000 per year
• Expected hours: 30 hrs a week
• Driver’s License required - on-site visits conducted periodically
• Hybrid: In-Person and Online
• In-Person location (McKinney 75071, Texas)

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales/marketing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Office software
• Exhibits strong moral and ethical behavior in all business transactions
• Prior experience in digital marketing (preferred)
• Prior experience in solar industry (preferred)
