Your role as a Sales Floor Manager will be pivotal in creating an exceptional customer experience while motivating your team to achieve outstanding results. If you thrive on competition and building positive rapport with both customers and team members, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales operations for new and pre-owned powersports.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team.
- Set clear expectations and communicate sales goals to ensure the team meets and exceeds targets.
- Monitor dealership traffic and manage sales floor coverage.
- Structure sales deals, navigate financial options, and promote F&I product objectives.
- Assist with closing sales and introduce various financing options.
- Keep customers informed throughout the purchasing process and ensure a smooth experience.
- Review numbers and support the sales team in closing deals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive Dealership in Sales.
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a dealership setting (Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Closer, etc.).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- A motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
- Genuine passion for powersports and familiarity with products and the industry.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of finance products and deal structuring.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
