Gembah is actively seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. Gembah is a leading platform empowering entrepreneurs and small businesses to bring their product ideas to life by managing the entire manufacturing process—from concept to completion. Our platform connects entrepreneurs with designers, factories, and experts to streamline and optimize their product development journey.

We provide you with the tools, resources, and support you need to succeed professionally and financially. As an SDR at Gembah, you will work on both inbound leads and targeted outbound efforts, identifying key decision-makers within prospective client companies and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and engage potential clients with Gembah’s unique solutions.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and nurture new opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Gembah’s product offerings to communicate value effectively.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking.

Requirements

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
  • Passion for helping entrepreneurs and small businesses grow.
  • Team player who is collaborative and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
