About the role
We are seeking a driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing revenue teams. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity of our organization by leveraging their strong analytical skills and passion for process optimization. The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for identifying data trends, contributing to process documentation and improvement, and continuously updating our CRM database. They work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our revenue processes and drive sales growth consistently. This role is designed for self-starters who aspire to evolve into leadership positions as they gain experience and demonstrate their ability to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders across the organization. Where you’ll work
This is a hybrid role with weekly in-office requirements Tuesday - Thursday, and WFH Monday and Friday (as business needs allow). Our office is located in Fort Worth, TX.
What you'll do
- Design, maintain, and refine reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for key performance indicators, aiding decision-making processes across GTM operations.
- Analyze sales, marketing and customer success performance, collaborating with leadership to identify improvement opportunities across the customer lifecycle to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Support the development and enforcement of data governance practices, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across customer interactions.
- Facilitate the alignment of KPIs and terminologies across departments, ensuring a cohesive operational strategy.
- Manage and optimize datasets within marketing and sales tech stacks to support enhanced reporting and insights.
- Engage in and sometimes lead projects aimed at streamlining processes and systems spanning across all revenue teams, ensuring each team is well-equipped.
- Act as a collaborative link all revenue teams and other departments, such as Finance, Product and Legal, aligning revenue strategies with company-wide objectives.
- Contribute to managing the GTM technology stack and ensuring CRM data cleanliness.
- Assist in overseeing the sales quota and commission plans, including setting targets, analyzing performance, and facilitating commission calculations
Requirements
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related analytical field
- 2-4 years of experience in a role involving Sales, Marketing, or Operations
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot or equivalent CRM platforms, with a strong interest in advancing skills in data reporting and analytics
- An understanding of financial principles and an eagerness to expand knowledge in financial analysis and process automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to manage complex projects
- Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a trajectory towards leadership roles

Compensation
Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $90,000 to $125,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
