Key Responsibilities
- Manage email and calendar
- Attend weekly meeting on Monday at 9am CST
- Take notes
- Send out action items and follow-up
- Schedule meetings as needed
- Manage projects
- Manage Microsoft Project and hold stakeholders accountable
- Create project plans and follow up with stakeholders
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Requirements
- Experience with project management / executive assistant (a must)
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry (a plus)
- Intuitively organized
- Deadline oriented
- Eager to jump in and do tasks
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- 10-15 hours per week
- EST, CST, MST or PST
