Role Summary:
The Product Marketing & Pricing Specialist is responsible for setting and adjusting the prices of Restore’s products and services, driving revenue growth and profitability. They will conduct market research, analyze trends, use data to determine the most effective pricing strategies, and own the implementation of changes across our system of Franchises. This role will support new product launches with competitor research and pricing strategy, along with promotional strategies for national and local sales campaigns, and support for integrated marketing efforts as needed.

This role sits on our Marketing team, reporting to the Product Marketing Manager. Located in Austin, TX preferred, open to remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Own pricing strategy, recommendations, and change management across the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain & Finance teams to track changes in product availability and cost, Operations & Marketing to implement changes for Franchises and clients, and Data to report on effectiveness and profitability. 
  • Support national and local discount/promotion strategies to attract new customers while driving revenue. 
  • Developing pricing proposals for new products and services.
  • Track market trends and proactively keep up to date with competitor pricing and promotions.
  • Concisely present recommendations to senior leaders and team members. 
  • Support other integrated, product marketing projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior experience managing pricing initiatives, including market research, strategic recommendations, and change management. 
  • You have some prior experience on marketing teams.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to detail.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and can work cross-functionally with other stakeholders.
  • You have a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
