Full Job Description

Processes Aspire Medical Staffing payroll every pay period for all payroll cycles with additional administrative duties to include ordering office supplies.

● Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and
inputting data. Computes employee take-home pay based on time records,
benefits, and taxes.
● Answers employee questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time
records.
● Process changes to wages, deductions, attendance, time records, W-4, leave,
and direct deposit in payroll system.
● Performs all activities necessary to process payrolls, including maintaining
related records, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and
garnishments.
● Processes W-2s.
● Maintains state, quarterly, annual payroll tax and records.
● Maintains office supply inventory & ordering.
● Maintains water delivery account and schedule.
● Maintains shredding company account and schedule.
● Maintains Aspire Medical Staffing office telephone services.
● Corporate Office mail distribution.
● Maintains corporate office cleaning schedule to include corporate employees and
outside sources.
● Maintains Aspire Medical Staffing postage account.

● Communicates with counterparts at other contracted agencies with Aspire
Medical Staffing regarding expiring credentials, reminders, and submissions.
● Review biweekly iCIMS report of employee credential status. Reach out to
employees to ensure credential status is up to date.
● Updates iCIMS/Google Drive with documentation employees as it pertains to
payroll records.
● Provides assistance to the Aspire Medical Staffing external accounting
department, as needed, to include collections, reconciliation of credit card bills,
expense reports.
● Provides assistance to the Human Resources Department on projects or tasks,
as needed, to include documentation for handbooks, policies and procedures,
correspondence.
● Provides assistance to Program Managers, as needed, to include PTO
reconciliations, project deliverables, employee scheduling.
● Works with the Executive Team on special projects and audits, maintaining
discretion and confidentiality.
● Performs a variety of other clerical duties, as assigned.

 Physical demands
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
● May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop or kneel,
talk and hear.
● Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

 Required education and experience
●  High school diploma required.
