About RideNow Powersports:

RideNow Powersports is a well-established company with multiple locations across the country. We offer a wide range of powersports products including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more. Our parts, gear, and accessories department is a key component of our business, providing customers with everything they need to enhance their riding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right parts, gear, and accessories for their needs
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and upsell additional items
• Process customer transactions and ensure accurate inventory management
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stay up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and industry knowledge
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior retail experience is a plus but not required
• Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, gear, and accessories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software and inventory management systems
• Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends, minimum of 40 hours Monday through Saturday
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
