Partnerships Manager

Huckberry is seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. In this cross-functional position, your role involves optimizing affiliate programs, curating authentic Ambassador and Creator campaigns, and crafting innovative PR strategies to elevate the Huckberry brand. You’ll succeed in this role if you're a strategic thinker with a growth mindset, ready to lead dynamic partnerships and drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Marketing: 
• Oversee the optimization of our affiliate marketing program, ensuring effective campaigns align with our goals
• Dive into the metrics, refining strategies to get the most out of our affiliate partnerships
• Ambassador and Creator programs:
• Lead Ambassador and Creator programs by building relationships with those that align with our brand values and drive brand goals
• Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, and Social to ensure creator initiatives are aligned with wider campaign and company KPIs
• Monitor and measure the success of these partnerships
• PR Strategy:
• Develop and execute PR strategies that get people talking about Huckberry’s story, big product and content launches, and grow brand awareness
• Analyze media coverage to measure the impact of our PR efforts
• Overall Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that contribute to our business growth
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements for mutual benefit

Requirements

• Successfully managed relationships with affiliate marketing partners
• Experience working with a wide variety of influencers across a variety of categories (micro, macro, celebrity).
• Cross functional Ecommerce experience with Marketing teams. (Influencer, PR, Performance, Creative, eComm, etc.)
• Experience in PR with a focus on meaningful connections
• Proven success managing and hiring a team of top-talent
• Bonus points if you have a background in menswear and retail
