Full Job Description

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

Sourcing Candidates: Using various channels to find and attract potential candidates.

Interviewing and Screening: Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates’ qualifications.

Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Working closely with Hiring manager to understand staffing needs.

Compliance: Ensuring all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Reporting and Analytics: Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates to HR management.

Requirements

Recruitment Experience: Typically, 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR role. Experience in Hiring Real Estate Property management related professionals preferred.

HR Experience: Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, employee relations, and compliance and off Boarding.

Experience in Texas-Specific Employment Laws: Knowledge of state-specific labor laws and regulations.

Skills:

Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Experience using ATS platforms like Workable, Ad platforms or similar.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with different departments.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical Skills: Ability to assess resumes, interview candidates, and provide hiring recommendations.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Experience handling recruitment challenges and finding creative solutions.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant Certifications: PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional), or similar certifications are often preferred.
