In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing correspondence, maintaining files, and supporting various departments within the organization. You will be the first point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized workspace
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for team members
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees
- Coordinate company events and meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Experience in Google Suites office management software
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in office management are a plus
