As a .NET Senior Software Developer you will help shape the future of cutting edge educational delivery and will directly impact and support the organization’s platform. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and key corporate and campus personnel to maintain academic quality, consistency, relevancy, and integrity in program development, course creation, oversight and review, and educational delivery. This position will lead a UI development team in implementing, testing, and deploying platform enhancements and to improve course delivery, report functionality, and ultimately improving student outcomes. Essential Duties:

  • Software development in a remote work environment
  • Work independently to design and implement API microservices, object services, and database repositories
  • Participate in daily development team meetings
  • Configure and maintain resources in Microsoft Azure
  • Author architecture and design documentation
  • Strong investigative skills in managing a large software code base
  • Mentor other software developers
  • Assist in CI/CD using Jenkins
  • Participate in periodic software deployments during off-hours

Requirements

  • 7+ years C#
  • 5+ years .NET 6+ or later (RESTful APIs, dependency injection, complex algorithms)
  • 5+ years Entity Framework 6+ (including migrations)
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Server (SQL language, stored procedures, database design)
  • 1+ years of Azure Cloud Services
  • 7+ years using Visual Studio (2022), GitHub, and Git
  • Agile / scrum experienced
