The Role
Zicasso is looking for an execution-oriented Head of Product who will immediately have the opportunity to shape the next generation of Zicasso’s web applications.
The ideal candidate is a proven product leader with extensive experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and execution across multiple technology applications in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
In this role, you will provide product management leadership to define innovative and user-centered experiences on Zicasso’s online travel marketplace by looking at qualitative or quantitative signals, while developing strong collaborative relationships with our business, design and engineering teams. You will explore ideas across multiple desktop and mobile web applications and work across many product areas.

This is a fully-remote, full time position, working from home, at a location within Texas, USA.
There is some flexibility in your work hours but it is required to overlap with California, eg. until 4pm Pacific Time Zone (GMT -8).
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
- Manage product direction and roadmap for growth outcomes.
- Inspire and align the team with company goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence organizational direction.
Product Ownership:
- Proven experience managing web applications in growth-focused settings.
- Develop actionable product iterations, adopting an incremental approach.
- Utilize data and research for key decisions, including Google Analytics, PowerBI, and user feedback.
- Define and track growth-focused metrics.
Technical Acumen:
- Translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate technical solutions' business value.
- Proactively communicate status and risks.
- Manage up to senior leadership, gaining buy-in on priorities.
- Proactively solve problems to avoid conflicts.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of software product experience
- Have experience in product management at a consumer software company, with a successful track record of launching consumer-facing products from start to finish.
- Must be a team player and a natural collaborator who knows how to drive decision-making
- Experience with collecting and using both qualitative and quantitative data to make decisions
- Clear, concise, and thorough written and oral communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
Desired Experience:
- Travel industry experience is a plus
- Relevant experience in UX design, QA, or software development is a plus
- Experience with e-commerce payment systems
- Experience with search engine optimization (SEO)
- Experience with organizing development sprints, daily standups, and task prioritization with an agile development team.
- Experience with Google Analytics (or other web analytics tools), A/B Testing, and other web analytics tools
