Key Responsibilities

• Greet passengers upon boarding and assist them in finding their seats.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to passenger inquiries and needs.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passengers are aware of emergency procedures.
• Serve food and beverages, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Monitor cabin conditions and attend to passenger well-being throughout the flight.
• Act quickly and effectively in the event of an emergency, following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth flight operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to participate in training and comply with safety procedures.
