We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to drive business growth by connecting job sites with our reliable workforce. This is a client-facing role that focuses on building relationships, understanding project needs, and delivering staffing solutions that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with Clients: Visit construction sites, warehouses, and industrial locations to present Blueprint Staffing’s services.
  • Drive Revenue: Secure contracts for services, including general labor (site cleanup, loading/unloading), skilled labor (carpenters, equipment operators), and final cleaning.
  • Account Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and labor demands to position Blueprint Staffing as a go-to solution.
  • Collaborate: Work with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
