Experienced Service Advisor

RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team at our dealership in Fort Worth, TX. As an experienced Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, and recall work
• Thoroughly inspect powersports vehicles and accurately document problems on repair orders
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and provide cost estimates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost
• Review completed work orders with customers and address any concerns or questions
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building long-term relationships and promoting customer loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with the latest powersports industry trends, products, and services
• Assist with upselling additional services, accessories, and warranty packages
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized service department
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a Powersports, RV or Automotive dealership
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong technical knowledge of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft
• Ability to accurately diagnose and describe vehicle problems
• Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership management systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred
