Event Planner

ROGERCO, Inc. (ROGERCO) , an integrated technology and communications consultancy firm specializing in public affairs, public relations, marketing, branding, and crisis management, is looking for an experienced Event Planner to join our team supporting the Army Futures Command (AFC). 

Requirements

Requirements:  

• Conduct, develop, and perform comprehensive planning for supporting communication operations and the communication planning component of all AFC strategic planning venues and products 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication plans with overall organizational goals 

• Support the planning and development of strategic-level outreach engagements and events 

• Coordinate with appropriate offices to ensure seamless execution of communication strategies and initiatives 

• Develop and foster partnerships to enhance communication efforts 

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies 

• Support AFC operational planning by developing and coordinating industry best-practice communication plans 

• Prepare associated documents to facilitate clear communication of operational plans 

• Participate in communication working groups, providing expertise and insights 

• Collaborate with team members to draft communication products and documents 

Qualifications:  

• Location: Bryan, TX

• Education: N/A 

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years direct, relevant experience planning, coordinating and executing events and conferences. Experience working with Government organizations preferred 

• Languages: English 

• Must be a US Citizen 

• Eligible for DoD Clearance
