Full Job Description

Corporate Talent Resources LLC is excited to present an opportunity for an Employee Health Clinic Manager to join our client's innovative healthcare team. In this essential role, you will oversee the Employee Health Clinic, providing direct care and support to employees while ensuring their health and wellness needs are met. Your leadership will be critical in promoting a safe and healthy work environment, implementing wellness programs, and managing occupational health services. You will collaborate with human resources and various departments to develop comprehensive health programs and ensure compliance with workplace health regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Employee Health Clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and patient care.
  • Conduct health assessments, provide education, and deliver care for employee injuries and occupational health concerns.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee employee wellness programs and health initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with health regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to clinic protocols.
  • Monitor and report on employee health trends to inform organizational health strategies.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements to be Considered:

    • Bachelor's Degree- Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Physical Therapy, or Exercise Physiology
    • Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state required if nurse. 
    • Certification in Occupational Health (COHN) or alternative is encouraged as employee becomes eligible to test following 2 years active experience. 
    • 2 years’ experience in acute care or equivalent setting required. 
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. 
    • A minium of 1 year managing clinic operations within occupational health or similar setting
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in area of clinical expertise
    • Understanding of healthcare environment and strong leadership skills
    • Thorough knowledge of Employee Health, public Health, or Case Management clinical experience with adults
