iClassPro, Inc. is a growing company in Longview looking to hire additional Customer Support Representatives. Our business is booming and moving into new products and markets, and we need a bigger team to help us meet the needs of our expanding customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
- Assist customers with product navigation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with help desk software or CRM systems is a plus
