Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in League City, Texas. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the chemical industry, particularly in roles related to import/export, sales, marketing, warehousing, or customer service. This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, pricing coordinator, quality assurance, production, supply chain, and logistics teams.
• Ensure all material movements are documented accurately and comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate logistics with third-party companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Support order-related transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain excellent communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

·        Previous experience in the chemical industry is required.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP.

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
