Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or coursework is an advantage.

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is desirable.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
