DATAMARK, Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK helps organizations worldwide manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. The Corporate Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in providing administrative support to the corporate office.

In this role, the Corporate Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements for company's Senior Management team. They will prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. The Corporate Administrative Assistant will also handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests, ensuring effective communication and interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Further responsibilities include maintaining files and records, managing office supplies, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining confidentiality. Salary starts at $17.50/hr

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests, redirecting them when appropriate
  • Maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and organization
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • At least one year experience in an administrative assistant position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel and power point)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
