Client Success @ OMG

As a Client Success Specialist, you are responsible for a specific book of business focused on key drivers that fuel retention and growth within our account base. 

As the primary contact for your book of business, you will have many touchpoints to monitor and boost client health and satisfaction, providing support and guidance as needed. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address client concerns or issues and provide support and strategic guidance to your clients while identifying growth opportunities. 

This entry-level position will require regular in-office presence at our Dallas, TX HQ.

Day in the Life

  • Respond to all Net Promoter surveys and incoming requests within your book of business.
  • Train new and existing reps within the account base on best practices, product features, and online store processes. 
  • Identify growth opportunities within your account base, including new store opportunities and users. 
  • Monitor accounts for potential health risks, leveraging and executing risk playbooks.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with your assigned book of business and identify ways to grow the business.  Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and challenges, primarily via DialPad and Zoom.
  • Update and maintain account Salesforce data regularly to ensure data integrity on your accounts. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Onboarding, Support, Services, and Product to execute client requests and initiatives.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • A minimum of one (1) year in a Sales Development or similar type role in a SaaS environment
  • Proven time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
  • Comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment
  • Ability to work in the OMG office three (3) days a week
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
  • Visa Sponsorship not available
