Full Job Description

ShipERP is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Contact Administrator to join our team. As a Client Contact Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client communication and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
  • Maintain and update client information in the company database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor client accounts, including contract renewals, billing, and payment processing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Track and report on client interactions and feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of client meetings and presentations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately track and manage client information
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs and priorities
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
